• Bean Sprout Chicken

    1 - Place chicken pieces in CP and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    2 - Cook on LOW for about 4 hours. Take chicken out of CP and remove skin.
    3 - Discard any juices left in CP. Put chicken back in CP. Drain bean sprouts and spread over chicken.

  • Omelette Fried Rice (O-mu-rice)

    1. Dice chicken, green pepper, mushrooms, and onion. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté diced chicken. 3. Add diced onion, mushrooms, and green pepper in the frying pan and sauté together. 4. Add cooked/steamed rice in the pan and mix well. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

  • Vermicelli Noodle w/ Beef & Vegetables (Jap-chae)

    1. Soak mushrooms in water for 15 minutes. Cut off stems then cut the caps into thin strips. 2. Cut beef into thin strips and marinate it with the mushrooms in a seasoning of: soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame seed oil, chopped green onions, and a pinch of ground pepper. 3. Cut carrots and onion into thin strips (julienne).

  • Hot Spicy Fish Soup (Mae-un-tang)

    1. Scale and wash the fish, then vertically cut into several pieces. 2. Put water in a pot, start boiling. 3. Add kochujang, kochukaru and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. 4. Add radish, squash, half of chilies, keep cooking on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
