  • Thai recipes

    1 - Begin by soaking the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes. Rinse them out in cold water and drain thoroughly. In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and brown sugar.

  • Japanese recipes

    1 - Prepare a small batch of tempura and reserve.  2 - Make an inside-out California Roll. 3 - Smear crushed, crunchy tempura batter all over rice roll and wrap with plastic.

  • Chinese recipes

    1 - First, ensure that the duck is completely cleaned and dried. Add about 30 cups of water to a pot and bring to the boil. Turn the heat off before plunging the duck into the water for about a minute before removing. Repeat the boiling process and dipping of the duck for a total of 4~5 times.

  • Vietnamese recipes

    Vietnamese sticky rice, or glutinous rice, called xoi nep, required a long soak in water before being cooked in bamboo steamer. It is used for savoury and sweet rice cakes, such as banh chung and Hue com sen. It is enjoyed as a sweet, filling snack with sugar and coconut milk and, as it is fairly bulky, it is also served with dipping sauces, light dishes and vegetarian meals.

  • Korean recipes

    1. Mix all ingredients except carrots. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 2. Cook over medium high heat until meat is just short of desired completion. 3. Add carrots and cook for an additional 3 minutes. 4. Serve with rice.

  • Malaysian recipes

    1 - Place chicken pieces in CP and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    2 - Cook on LOW for about 4 hours. Take chicken out of CP and remove skin.
    3 - Discard any juices left in CP. Put chicken back in CP. Drain bean sprouts and spread over chicken.

  • Indonesian recipes

    1 - Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, and add the noodles. Cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    2 - Drain immediately and rinse it under cold water. Mix the noodles with 1 tablespoon of the oil, and set it aside.

  • Indian recipes

    1 - Mix the chicken, lime juice, salt and red chilli powder in a large, non-metallic bowl. Cover and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
