  • Hot and Sour Thai Soup (Tom Yum Goong)

    1 - Bring the stock to the boil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and chiles. 2 - Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes to let the spices infuse the broth. 3- Uncover and add the fish sauce, sugar, and mushrooms.

  • Coconut milk soup (Tom Kah Gai)

    After you have heated the chicken broth, add in all of the ingredients except for the chicken and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then add the remaining two ingredients. Let it boil for 2 minutes,

  • Tom Klong Pla Krob

    1. Heat soup in a pot over medium heat. Add galangal, lemongrass, and red shallot. Wait until boiling, then add smoked dried fish (or fresh fillets). 2. Season with tamarind concentrate, fish sauce and sugar. Then add dried chili, tomato, holy basil and kaffir lime leaves. Wait until the soup boiling again, then stir until all ingredients mixed well...

  • Spicy Thai Chicken Soup

    1- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the onion and fry for 5min until it begins to soften. Add the chicken and cook for a further 5min until golden brown, then add the curry paste and fry for a further 1min to warm the spices through.
